The study secretariat

A small Secretariat consisting of four international staff and one support staff member has been established in Geneva to assist the Independant Expert in the direction and implementation of the Study. The Secretariat operates under the auspices of the Coordinating Committee, consisting of representatives of the three core partner UN organisations (OHCHR, UNICEF, WHO).
