This report, which covers the period from 1 January – 30 June 2004 and is based on DCI/PS documentation in a number of areas, adopts a rights based approach. It examines Israel’s treatment of Palestinian children and the impact of its policies during this period through the lens of the 1989 UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The report contains statistics and case studies about concrete examples. With a special focus on attacks on Gaza and the segregation wall.
